KXJU-22M cantilever beam impact testing machine
Overview
This testing machine is mainly used for the determination of impact toughness of non-metallic materials such as hard plastics (including plates, pipes, plastic profiles), reinforced nylon, fiberglass, ceramics, cast stone, and electrical insulation materials. It is widely used in chemical industry, scientific research units, colleges and universities quality inspection and other departments.
This instrument is a simple structure, easy operation, accurate and reliable data impact testing machine. Please read this instruction in detail before use.
This instrument is equipped with a full-color touch screen, input the size of the sample, calculate the impact strength and save the data according to the automatically collected energy loss value. This machine is equipped with a USB output port, which can directly export data through a U disk, and import the PC software with the U disk provided by our company to edit and print the experimental report.

High-Performance Cantilever Beam Impact Tester for Quality Assurance












Working Principle
A pendulum with known energy is used to strike the specimen supported as a horizontal beam. The specimen is destroyed by a single impact of the pendulum. The impact line is located in the middle of the two supports. The energy difference between the pendulum before and after the impact is used to determine the energy absorbed by the specimen when it is destroyed. Then the impact strength is calculated based on the original cross-sectional area of the specimen.
