                                          Pipe Hydrostatic Pressure and burst Testing Machine

1.Application
The machine is designed and manufactured according to GB/T6111      Thermoplastics pipes for the conveyance of fluids ----Resistance to internal pressure----Test method and GB/T15560Standard test method for short-time hydraulic failure and resistance to constant internal pressure of the plastics pipes for the transport of fluids . It is suitable to determine the pressure-resisting broken time or the maximum pressure value of instantaneous blast of thermoplastic pipes and compound pipes (such as PP-R ,PP-B ,PP-A ,PE ,PE-X ,PVC ,PVC-U and PVC-C ) under long-term constant internal pressure and temperature .It is indispensable for manufacturers of plastic pipes and testing institutions .

2.Feature
1.1 This instrument is used for testing a certain range of internal pressure in a long period of time of plastic pipes.
1.2 The instrument consists of a pressure host, a pressure station, a water tank, a temperature control system and a computer software system.
Main Frame: It consists of pressure micro control parts, automatic filling pressure and electric discharge pressure parts, pressure micro control part adopts the microcomputer MCU control; equipped with high resolution, high speed of ∑ - delta 16-bit adc chip, real-time communication and computer; and it can automatically fill and relief pressure according to the situation of pressure.
Pressure Station: Its main function is to provide pressure to the main frame, the requirement of lower limit pressure of pressure station requirement must be higher than all tested specimen. The plunger pump of the station is made in the United States (large flow, low noise, high pressure, free maintenance).
Water Tank: It consists of electric opening part, self-circulation part, heating part, automatic water filling part and insulation part.
Temperature Control System: Accurately control the temperature of the water tank, temperature display, set temperature individually. It can control the liquid level of tank at a reasonable position, at the same time it can also guarantee the temperature.
Software System: By connecting with RS232 serial interface to the pressure on the host, it can provide the parameters setting, calibration, pressure relief, zero, amplitude modulation, drawing the test, test records and print test reports and other functions.

2 Application

The instrument is widely used in the internal pressure test of all kinds of plastic pipes. It is the ideal testing instrument for construction industry, Plastic pipe producers, national testing sectors and the scientific research sectors. 

3 Working Conditions

Following conditions must be satisfied to conduct a test:
3.1 Ambient Temperature: 10ºC~40ºC;
3.2 Ambient Temperature: 30%-80%;
3.3 Vibration-free,no corrosive medium environment;
3.4 Install and adjust the instrument to level on a solid foundation;
3.5 No strong electromagnetic interference and no strong wind resistance;
3.6 A indoor exhaust system is needed to prevent the instrume

4.Structure and theory
  The high pressure liquid generated by high pressure pump is transported to samples in media temperature constant tanks through high pressure hoses to carry out pipe long time hydrostatic pressure tests after being measured by main engine of pressure control system

Service and technology
The supplier provides service manual and maintenance instruction of
main electric appliance, limb, and usage manual of equipment.
The supplier is responsible for installation, debug and training, but the
 air tickets, insurance, eating, housing and every day 40 USD salary for
each engineer will be borne by the buyers. we will realize guarantee 
of repair; replacement and refund of substandard products within
one year after the machine leaves factory. And half a year for
electric parts .Fittings of the machine will supply
at preferential price after one year.
We kindly suggest the customer to buy some common device by himself 
in his local market.

Payment terms

1. TT 70% deposits, sign the sales contract, and then the seller start producing the machine
2. after the machine is finished ,buyer pay the left 30%,then the seller arrange shipment of the machine
